Welcome. Whether you are here for dietetic support, health coaching, or simply because something has shifted and you are ready to feel better — you are in the right place.
I bring 28 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and 10 years as a Life Coach to every consultation, and have recently completed my Health Coaching diploma through the UK's Health Coaching Academy. My approach is personal, evidence-informed and always at your pace — whether we are working on nutrition, energy, balance or simply finding your way back to feeling like yourself again.
