The 1st appointment includes a detailed discussions of your challenges, what you need and how to best support you. It includes goal setting plus some nutrition & lifestyle education as per your needs and challenges (as time allows). Further education with meal plan is provided at the second consultations.
Follow-up sessions are used for monitoring and additional education.

Discovery Vitality Assessment: Short evaluation and nutrition assessment with relevant education. A meal plan could be provided at additional cost. 1000 points as per Vitality.
