Very 1st consultation.
The 1st appointment includes a detailed assessment with lots of questions and discussions to gain understanding of what you need and how to best support you. It includes brief goal setting & nutrition & lifestyle education as per your needs and challenges. Detailed unpacking of goals and education is provided at further follow-up sessions. If a detailed meal plan is required (additional charge applies), it is provided at the first follow-up appointment.

Discovery Vitality Assessment: Short evaluation and nutrition assessment with relevant education. A meal plan could be provided at additional cost. 1000 points as per Vitality.
Discovery patients can also earn these points from a regular appointment.
